Invited as Speaker at Microsoft Ignite - 2024
I was asked to support Microsoft's pre day session by Maria Thomson during Microsoft Ignite 2024. Focused on real-world Security Copilot and SIEM/XDR deployments and Defender for Cloud. Shared field-proven strategies for operationalizing AI in security operations, drawing on global customer experience and deployments across regulated industries. Helped attendees understand how to activate Microsoft’s security stack with minimal friction and maximum impact. Session received high engagement from Microsoft field and partner teams. This was a marquee moment for me as an ambassador of Microsoft security technology to take a big Ignite stage and share my experience from the ground as a security practitioner, field admin, and support rep for 20 years.
